2010 UT-ID DISASTER RELIEF
Convention Training
WHERE: Calvary Baptist Church, 785 First St, Idaho Falls, Idaho
WHEN: Introduction to Disaster Relief class starts Thursday, May 13th at 6:30 PM. All other events start Friday morning with coffee and bagels and end Saturday around 3:00.
THINGS TO KNOW:
- Church “camping” at Calvary Baptist Church, Idaho Falls. Volunteers can begin arriving Thursday afternoon.
- Showers provided in the shower unit.
- Bring own toiletries, towels, bed and bedroll, ear plugs, etc.
- Donations would be very much appreciated to cover some of the meal and snack costs!
- CPR/First Aid sessions are open to any of our non-DR church family. Be sure to let us know if any plan to attend so sufficient materials can be ready.
THINGS TO DO:
- Pray for the instructors! They are volunteers who have stepped up to share their skills with all of us.
- RSVP to Association DR Director not later than May 10thwith your plans to attend.
- Association Directors, please RSVP with your total numbers to Wade Gayler not later than May 11th so sufficient food and materials can be arranged.
